As the year comes to an end, we would like to take a moment to reflect on our best moments of the year.

In 2025, we celebrated 35 years of hospitality! In April, our staff held a celebration to acknowledge the milestone, but also to recognize our General Manager, Anne Guillemette, who has been with the hotel since day one. Anne supports the staff and leads the team with kindness, compassion and great leadership. Making every stay with Best Western Plus Rose City Suites a great place to work, and stay, as the passion for kindness goes from the staff to the guests. 

Every year we see many returning guests, triathlon athletes, rowers, kayakers, grown children coming to see their aging parents, or grandparents coming down to see their grandchildren. It is wonderful to see you here time and time again, we thank you for choosing Best Western Plus Rose City Suites as your home away from home. We hope to continue to inspire travel in everyone, and for many more years to come!  It's our pleasure when you choose us to host your parent's 100th birthday dinner, wow, what a blessing. 

For the second year in a row, Best Western Plus Rose City Suites was awarded the M.K Guertin Award and the Customer care Champion award. These awards are only given to a select few Properties who meet and excel in the requirements for each award. Without our amazing guests, this would not have been possible, so we would like to thank you again. 

Finally, we would like to thank our staff, from room attendants to breakfast ambassadors to the guest service agents you see at the desk. We would like to thank you for another great year!
