Healing Salt Cave®- Welland, 28 Niagara Street.

Are you new to the world of salt caves? So are we! Thankfully, we’ve got one of the best in our own backyard. Since 1843, salt caves have been used for healing holistic treatments in Poland, and since then the concept of Halotherapy (a treatment involving breathing in salt particles to help your respiratory system) has taken the world by storm. Our very own local Healing Salt Cave® opened up in Niagara in 2011. 

Halotherapy helps to reduce congestion and inflammation, cleanse airways, and using speleotherapy (a type of therapy involving exposure to underground environments, like caves) in tandem has been found to be very relaxing and rejuvenating.
