Pelham Art Festival
- May 03, 2025

A year long festival online, with 1 weekend to showcase all the art in person on Mother’s Day weekend, May 9-11. The Pelham Art Festival has become a tradition for many from Niagara and abroad.
Located inside at the Meridian Centre in Pelham, the festival showcases 80 Canadian juried artists from all over Canada. At this show, you will have the opportunity to speak with the artists to learn more about their beautiful works of art from wood, pottery, oil, photography and some styles you may have never seen before.
When you find a piece you like, you may even buy it there on site. All purchases contribute to the Pelham Art Festivals, not for profit mission, to raise funds for the Lincoln Pelham Public Library and for scholarships. Since 1988, over one million dollars in art has been purchased, contributing to the success of the artists and the show.
Friday night is an elegant, but casual event, where wearing jeans is acceptable, with a classical live band playing in the background, hors d'oeuvres being served, and wine or beer being available for purchase, you walk around viewing the art, and also enjoy the conversation with others and the artists.
Saturday and Sunday still have live entertainment to set the mood, beverages and snacks for sale. This can be a family event, the children can participate in a scavenger art hunt, and all can join in on the community art project.
It is truly the one art festival I look forward to each year, recently having bought pieces of acrylic art and pottery. Festival hours on Friday are 7pm to 10pm, admission $15. Saturday & Sunday admission is $7 per day, Saturday is 10am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 430pm.
