Out with paper Directories and in with Digital Directory QR codes!

Before Covid all information sources were made up of paper. During the pandemic we learned that our old pamphlet holders as well as Directory booklets were considered to be high touch items and very hard to keep clean on a regular basis. As a whole, we were encouraged to remove these pamphlet stands and Directory booklets which were kept in guest rooms that contained important information like phone numbers to local businesses, entertainment locations, local restaurants, and many other details about the hotel itself like the fitness and breakfast room hours… 

You can now find all this information and more in our new Digital Directory! 

Our new Digital Directory is now accessed by a QR code which you can find at our Front Desk, in Guest Suites, and we have also been extending the courtesy of placing a business card with the QR code directly on it in your key cards packet at check-in, so that no matter where you are in the hotel you can access the Directory at any time. All you have to do is open your camera on your phone, scan the QR code with your camera, and follow the link. It’s never been easier.

An additional motivator for companies to go digital is to eliminate the use of paper wherever possible so we can all have a hand in lessening the impact that the usage of paper has on the environment. Less paper = less trees cut down and that’s always something to be enthusiastic about! Not to mention our local forest critters will thank you for saving their homes.
