We here at Best Western Plus Rose City Suites, are taking this Thanksgiving season to acknowledge and appreciate all our hard working staff. From Guest Service Agents, Room Attendants to Maintenance and Breakfast Ambassadors, we are so very lucky to have such a great team. We thought we would highlight some of our outstanding staff members, who all work so hard to represent our hotel so well.

From Maintenance we have Liz. She has been with our property for just over a year now and continues to excel in guest satisfaction. Liz was the first Female to receive an automotive apprenticeship here in Niagara! 

If we hop over to the breakfast department, our full time breakfast attendant is Deirdre. She is from our neighboring city Port Colborne, and always has fantastic recommendations for restaurants to visit in the area such as Breakwall Brewing, a personal favorite dish of hers is the char pizza. 

If you have been reading our blog for a while you will definitely know our 2 writers Lynn and Trinity! Lynn, who is our Assistant General Manager, originally started with our property as Guest Service Agent and Night Auditor, excels in her work as a team member, but also as a swimmer! Lynn learned to swim as an adult and spends many early summer mornings swimming here in the recreational canal located behind the hotel. Our co-Writer Guest Service Agent and casual Breakfast Attendant  Trinity, is a kind and bubbly face you'll meet when checking into the hotel. Known for her positive attitude, quick and efficient check ins, amazing book and restaurant recommendation, such as Ludology in St. Catharines- a board game café with a delicious changing menu featuring many local brews and drinks. 

If you were ever unsure of what activities to plan or places to go you'll have definitely met Tiffany. Tiffany, one of our Guest Service Agent Leads, is a friendly smiling face with the best activity and sight seeing recommendations. Tiffany shares her love of Nascar, bull dogs and camping and loves to make people feel at home. 

We truly are so thankful for all our staff, last year were awarded the M.K Guertan Award for exceptional quality and service, an award only given to a select group of Best Western Hotels and the customer care champion award for 2024 as well.  As we equally thankful for our guests, who are the reason why we work and make Best Western Plus Rose City Suites such a great atmosphere and community to foster travel.   We hope on your next visit you get the chance to meet our great staff, and tell us what inspires you to travels.
