A celebration of excellence 

Last year, Best Western Plus Rose City Suites was awarded two very prestigious awards. The M.K Guertin Award, an achievement that reflects our team's unwavering commitment to excellence, and the Customer Care Champion award for 2024. It is with great pleasure to announce our Property has been awarded both awards again for 2025! The M.K Guertin Award is only given to 5% of Best Western Hotels in North America each year.

These awards are given to properties who continue to demonstrate Excellent customer service, which is reflected in our guest surveys. Properties must be at 92% or above for overall experience, meet and excel in Best Western rewards goals for the evaluation period,  among other requirements met and completed.  Best Western Plus Rose City Suites continues to show and provide excellent customer service to all guests, everyday. 

We would not be able to achieve these awards without the help of our guests. It's because their feedback on surveys and reviews, that inspire the team to grow and do better each day to provide the best customer service possible. These surveys also tell Best Western Hotels and Resorts how each hotel is performing, to intern, then recognize these properties continued hard work. 

We would like to say thank you to our guests who have made this possible, and our hardworking team. As always, we will continue to work hard and strive for excellence each day, making Best Western Plus Rose City Suites a welcoming atmosphere for every guest who stays with us. We are proud to continue to offer Award winning service daily to our fantastic guests.
