Oftentimes the best thrifts you'll find are when you're traveling somewhere new! Not only is it a great way of supporting local thrift stores and communities, but it's also super eco friendly! Welland and Port Colborne have the common thrift stores like Value Village, Goodwill, and the Salvation Army, but we also have some smaller owned thrift stores where you may just find your next favourite piece of clothing to add to your collection! 

The ‘New To You Thrift’ store located on 59 Southworth St N in Welland is a Christian Non- Profit shop dedicated to helping their community and is run by a board of directors made up of members from the church community and public who volunteer their time. They run a beautiful shop with a variety of items such as small home goods, children to adult clothing, special occasion dresses, even shoes! Something for everyone. Another Thrift store in Welland is St. Vincent De Paul, located 51 East Main Street in Welland. They offer primarily clothing and often have a bag sale (fill a big for a certain price), they are also a Christian run thrift store devoted to helping those who have had more challenges in this life then others.
