He's made his list and checked it twice, Santa is coming to town! November 22nd is the annual Santa Clause parade here in Welland and here is why we don't want you to miss it! 

Before Santa makes his grand entrance during the parade, be sure to grab breakfast that day with the jolly o fellow at the Seaway Mall, the morning of November 22nd at 9am as Santa will be stopping by to have breakfast. 

Tickets and other event information can be found online, along with other festive events like Santa photos and themed event days.

While the weather may be getting colder, bundle up and gather some friends and enjoy the parade floats from local businesses, clubs and organizations. Each float will be sure to bring holiday cheer for everyone, and maybe toss out a few candy canes!  It can be a wonderful evening packed with fun for all. 

Following the parade the annual tree lighting ceremony will be held at Welland Civic Centre, at 60 East Main Street. Santa will light the tree with his holiday magic at the end of the parade, and will stay around to accept any letters and wish lists to bring back to the North Pole.
