BEST WESTERN PLUS Rose City Suites is fully equipped to handle your meeting requirements. Convenient facilities allow you to work with efficiency. We have a full range of catering services such as our morning starters, afternoon snacks, and our variety of buffet lunches and dinners.

Every meeting room rental ensures you will receive; white table linens on every table, skirting on head tables, ice water pitches, water glasses, fresh mints, writing pad, and pen.

Rose Room

The Rose Room is located off the lobby on the main floor, and can accommodate up to 75 people. Rental of the Rose Room includes an overhead screen.

Canal View Room

The Canal View is located on the second floor, with a wonderful view of the Old Welland Canal. The Canal View room can accommodate up to 40 people. Rental of this room includes a dry erase white board, overhead screen, and 1 flit chart pad with markers.

Prince Charles Room

The Prince Charles Room is located on the third floor, and can accommodate up to 12 people. This room is permanently set in boardroom style, with high leather back chairs. Rental of this room includes a dry erase white board, overhead screen, and 1 flit chart pad with markers.

Breakout Room

The suites are primary rented for interviews, or break out rooms. Set up with a single round table, it provides our clients with a quiet environment to do business.
